Randall Huggins, LEED AP, NCARB, Registered Architect, Registered Interior
Designer Randall works with owners and developers who want to work with an architect that will put the owners goals first. He listens to understand exactly what you want your guest to feel, and gets to work to implement your dreams. As every client, locale, and project are unique, he personalizes each design to your goals. Randall directs the architectural design of every project in the firm, pulling from over 20 years of experience creating innovative designs for hospitality properties in the US, Caribbean, and Africa. He also manages each project, providing quality control and coordination of all the details so that construction runs smoothly. The final product will be a reflection of the client’s goals and vision and will be designed to the budget, schedule, and function desired.
Randall is a registered architect in 20 states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Randall is also a registered architect in Alberta, Canada.
