- Work with Designers on day-to-day tasks including space planning, writing specifications, library upkeep and construction documents
- Assist in developing detailed design plans, including floor plans and elevations. 3D renderings a Plus!
- Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories as requested
- Coordinate with designers and architects to ensure project success and deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Experience as Interior Designer or related field - Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of contract documents and specifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be deadline driven

- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Bluebeam
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to interpret sketches, specifications, and other design documents
- Generate accurate and precise technical drawings, schematics, and models
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations - Review and revise drawings based on feedback and changes in design requirements
Requirements
- 5+ Years proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Bluebeam
- Strong design skills with the ability to create accurate technical drawings - Knowledge of drafting techniques, standards, and symbols
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision and expediency - Must be deadline driven in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
