The Newsstand is a monument to casino extravagance, with a dramatic play of grand scale iron and onyx lighting reminiscent of the art deco style. The focal point is the custom torchère emerging from a central display up to the twelve foot ceiling. The storefront is capped by another custom designed piece framing the entry. The floors are an intricate design of green and gold mosaic tile.
